Fluxly is a unique musical physics looper that allows users to craft innovative instrument scenes through the manipulation and rotation of vibrant Fluxum sound sample players. This application introduces a fresh perspective on sound design and tweaking techniques.
Users have the option to select from a selection of pre-existing sound samples or capture and playback their own recordings at varying speeds and in reverse. By interacting with two Fluxum and merging them together, users can establish looping mechanisms akin to gear trains. Additionally, users can activate motion functionality, initiating the integrated physics engine to generate spontaneous, whimsical soundscapes as Fluxum bounce around the instrument.
Recording capabilities are seamlessly integrated into the application, enabling users to create loops of approximately 10 seconds. Furthermore, users can personalize all sounds within Bank 1 by leveraging iTunes and utilizing the file-sharing functionality of their iPhone or iPad to import sound samples from their computer.
